3. Order Procedure

3.2. After order confirmation, Metal Poster Baku begins production of the product.

3.3. Prepayment may be required for custom orders to confirm the order.

4. Payment Terms

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery time may vary depending on the order type, production time, and delivery address.

5.2. Delivery of orders within Baku city is usually carried out within 1–3 business days.

5.3. Delivery time to regions may vary depending on logistics services.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Products made on a custom order basis (including posters printed with photos provided by the customer) are non-refundable.

6.2. Standard catalog products can only be exchanged if a manufacturing defect or damage during transportation is detected.

6.3. In such cases, the customer must contact Metal Poster Baku as soon as possible after receiving the product.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. All materials posted on the site, including designs, images, texts, logos, and other content, are the property of Metal Poster Baku.

7.2. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of these materials is prohibited in accordance with the law.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Although Metal Poster Baku strives to ensure the accuracy of information on the site, technical errors or data changes may occur.
